Process of making: The flavor of Armenian apples, coupled with fresh spring water from the Armenian highlands aged in the aroma of oak barrels, make this drink truly unique. "Istak apple brandy" is made using traditional double distillation of apple cider. Compared to "Sharlie" Brandy , this one is not aged in oak barrels, rests for 4 weeks after distillation before being bottled.
